•Candidates must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
•Female only, non-smoker and preferably 22- 35 years of age
•Required language(s): English (fluent) for the outbound voice position
•Prompt attendance is a must: Schedules vary from 7AM to 12MN PH hours
•Customer Service, Product Knowledge, Quality Focus, Problem Solving, Market Knowledge, Documentation Skills, Listening, Phone Skills, Resolving Conflict, Analyzing Information, Multi-tasking
•Computer Literate
•Work efficiency and fast-learner is very important
•Experience in Multi-tasking is a PLUS
•Previous BPO experience is a PLUS
•Agents with previous and proven call center experience with outbound will be given consideration and above starting pay rate
•Previous Outbound UK and Australia Survey work is a PLUS
•Applicants must be willing to work in Batangas City near SM Mall
•Applicants for Voice and Non-Voice Agents are welcome to apply and be trained
